At every stage, Optima experts craft a custom-tailored plan that accounts for the specific assets, locations, and procedures of each client. This plan is then uniformly executed by our seasoned inventory teams. 

Asset identification uses barcode labels or RFID Tags - either pre-applied or just applied by our team - scanned using the Cinque app on mobile terminals equipped with RFID technology. Once every asset is scanned, the data is synchronized with our BackOffice Cinque application, where it’s meticulously compared with existing records and inventory lists finalized. This is how custom-crafted success is achieved. 

Our inventory teams employ one of the following methods to identify assets: 

  • Scanning smart: By scanning pre-applied barcode labels or RFID Tags that align with item nomenclature in our mobile terminals. 

  • Serial savvy: If labels are missing, we use other unique identifiers like serial numbers or inventory codes, inputting the data directly into the Cinque app. 

  • Custom classification: When no existing data is available, we implement a bespoke identification procedure tailored to the specific assets. 

  • Detailed data: The Cinque software doesn’t stop at simple identification—it collects in-depth details on each asset, from serial numbers and dimensions to exact locations and users. It even tracks the operational status, setting the stage for potential scrapping proposals. 

Optima’s inventory procedure is designed to catch and correct any potential human errors during the process. If the organization maintains location-specific asset lists, these can be uploaded to our mobile terminals. After each location is scanned, any missing items are flagged and validated with the regional representative, ensuring that nothing is left behind. 

Similarly, any newly discovered items are validated on the spot, as part of the reconciliation stage. Once all locations are processed, our Cinque software applies advanced algorithms to refine and validate the entire database, ensuring unmatched accuracy and efficiency.
