We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing personnel documents and sourcing and recruiting a temporary workforce for our exciting projects across various industries.

 

Responsibilities for HR Administrator:

  • Manage and update personnel documents (employment contracts, certificates, addendums).
  • Collect and verify data for payroll calculation and transmit information to the finance department.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate selection, contracting, onboarding and ensuring compliance with legal and labor standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with candidates regarding assignment details, schedules, job expectations and payments.
  • Manage the onboarding process for temporary workers, including paperwork completion and orientation.
  • Support HR initiatives and programs, such as performance management, employee engagement, and training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate information or redirecting to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database.
  • Source, identify, and attract a diverse pool of temporary workers through various channels, including social media platforms and networking strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of qualified workers, fostering relationships with potential candidates.

 

Requirements for HR Administrator:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or a similar role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll management.
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation and human resources procedures.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, delivering within agreed deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
