We are seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business requirements analysis and be capable of translating business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.

Main Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.

• Analyze and define existing business workflows and processes.

• Develop detailed requirement documentation, including functional specifications, flow diagrams, and use cases.

• Facilitate requirement analysis sessions and workshops with stakeholders.

• Support development and testing teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.

• Participate in reviews and user acceptance testing to ensure compliance with business requirements.

• Monitor and report project progress, identifying potential risks and issues.

• Participate in the development of implementation strategies and transition planning for new solutions or system improvements.

• Conduct impact analyses and feasibility studies for change proposals.

• Support change management activities and end-user training.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Previous experience in business analysis (minimum 2 years).

• Higher education in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of requirements analysis methods and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).

• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Advanced level of English proficiency.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
